If this application is accepted and approved, then we agree to abide by the Certificate of Incorporation and policies of SABISPA as they now exist, and as they may be amended from time to time. I hereby confirm that the above information is factually correct and truthful, and understand that I may be liable to pay SABISPA Annual Membership Fees in line with my membership category to be a Member in Good Standing (M.G.S) in order to exercise my voting rights in the association.
